Electronic money, the future of commercial trades

Online commerce and card payments have stopped being unfamiliar concepts a long time ago. Shopping and paying by card is a reality that is increasingly present in the lives of Europeans. Europe generates the largest incomes in all eCommerce and has surpassed North America two years ago, thus reaching 425, 5 billion dollars in 2014, according to a study carried out by Ecommerce Europe. Each year, European customers are buying from online shops approximately 3, 8 packages of products.

In the first quarter of 2014, seven out of ten consumers have bought online good - from garments and consumer electron­ics to books and other media products. These are the products that seem to be the buyers` favorites. Yet, we can observe a growing trend in the online purchase of large volume products, such as construction materials, furniture and home appliances. And let us not forget about the supermarkets that opted for the internet to sell convenience goods.
